Barre

BARRE

Barre takes the focus and individual practice of yoga, melds it with the isolated movements of pilates and wraps it all up in the choreography and grace of a dance, targeting the arms, glutes and abs to create a full body workout to improve posture, flexibility and muscle definition.

We then do some upper body exercises using small weights and isometric contractions. We follow this with some work at the barre for your lower body. We include a few cardio bursts to keep that heart rate up throughout the class as well. Then, we end the class with an abdominal burning session and full body stretch.
